3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, assets, and feedback required to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding any pre-existing AIClawers tools, frameworks, or third-party components, which remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIClawers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
